Planning a function, community event, celebration or special occasion? The Emerald Show Society has a range of spaces, equipment and event essentials available for hire.

Some items are available as part of a function or venue hire at the Showgrounds, while selected equipment can also be hired for off-site events.

A versatile function space suitable for celebrations, meetings, community events, dinners and more.

 

Portable Grandstands
Available in small, medium and large sizes – a great seating solution for sporting events, community gatherings and other outdoor events.

 

Large Portable Stage
A flexible staging option for performances, presentations, ceremonies and community events.

 

Quality Reusable Drinkware
Approximately 100 of each available:

• Champagne flutes

• Wine glasses

• Large tumblers

• Small tumblers

 

Vintage Teacups & Saucers
Approximately 50 available – perfect for high teas, morning teas and vintage-themed events.

 

Glass Water Jugs
Approximately 25 available for table service and functions.

 

Wooden Table Numbers
Numbers 1–40 available – a simple finishing touch for dinners, weddings and functions.

 

Portable Filtered Water Station
A convenient option for providing drinking water at events and community activities.
