Expression of Interest – Field to Fine Dining 2026

The Emerald Show Society is seeking passionate local producers to supply high-quality produce for our annual Field to Fine Dining event, to be held on 29 August 2026.

This premium dining experience will showcase the very best produce from our region, with a specially curated menu designed to highlight local flavours and celebrate the strength of our agricultural industry.
 

We are seeking a range of quality produce including, but not limited to:

• Prime beef, lamb, goat and pork

• Fresh vegetables and fruit

• Nuts, legumes and grains

• Specialty or value-added local products

• ​

Produce will need to be confirmed by June 2026, with supply required in the lead-up to the event (specific delivery details to be confirmed). Quantities should cater for approximately 80-100 guests.
 

When submitting your expression of interest, please indicate:

• The type of produce you can supply

• Estimated quantities available, and whether this is an abundant supply or limited amount (this will assist with menu planning and course allocation)

• Whether you would prefer your contribution to be paid, partially donated, or fully donated

Please note, for any donated or partially donated produce contributors will receive recognition and benefits equivalent to event sponsors aligned to the dollar value of their contribution.

 

About the Event

Field to Fine Dining is a unique high-end dining experience designed to showcase the region’s exceptional local produce while raising awareness within the community.

The event features a premium menu curated by celebrity chef Alastair McLeod highlighting the quality, diversity and flavour of locally sourced ingredients.

Through this fine dining experience the event aims to celebrate and promote the producers, businesses and industries that make our region thrive.

 

Producer Involvement

Selected producers will receive:

• Recognition on the night of the event

• Inclusion in event materials and promotions (logo, business profile, and imagery required)

• Produce recognised on the event menu

• Larger quantity producers will also have a professionally produced video created, which will be showcased during the event to highlight their business and contribution.

Producers may also be invited to:

• Attend the event (tickets available at a reduced rate)
