Welcome to Emeralds 5th biennial Low & Slow BBQ cook off competition. This year is shaping up to be even bigger. Gates will open at the Emerald show grounds from 12 noon on Friday 1st August 2025 with team meeting at 5pm. See terms and conditions for hand in times.
